Our pricing includes delivery, pickup, and a set weight allowance. Our prices range from $275 to $325. Extra fees will apply if you request extra days or the weight is over one ton

What size dumpster do I need for my project?

The right size depends on your debris volume. A 10-yard dumpster is ideal for small room cleanouts, while 15 to 20-yard containers are standard for larger renovations or estate cleanouts. Contact us for a personalized estimate based on your project scope.

What items are prohibited from being placed in the dumpster?

Accepted Answer

Prohibited items typically include hazardous materials, liquid paints, chemicals, batteries, tires, and appliances containing refrigerants. Disposing of these items can result in additional specialized handling fees. We do not currently take any concrete, stumps or other very excessive heavy materials.

How long is the standard dumpster rental period?

Most rentals include a 7 to 14-day period. If you finish early, you can schedule an early pickup. Extensions are usually available for a flat daily or weekly rate if your project runs long. We include 7 days with every dumpster rental. If you need extra time it is $15 per day or $105 for an added week

Do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?

If the dumpster is placed on private property, such as your driveway, a permit is typically not required. However, if it must be placed on a public street or sidewalk, you may need a permit from your local municipality. We can not place any dumpsters on public property without prior approval from the city or county or a permit has been received. Some subdivisions also have special requirements even if the dumpster is placed on your property. Please check prior to ordering.

What happens if I exceed the dumpster's weight limit?

Every dumpster size comes with a 1 ton weight allowance. If the debris exceeds this limit at the landfill, a per-ton overage fee will be applied to the final cost. The current weight overage cost is prorated at $85 per ton.

Can a dumpster rental damage my driveway?

While heavy equipment can pose a risk, damage is usually preventable by placing the dumpster on a flat surface and distributing the load evenly. We use professional placement techniques to protect your property during delivery and pickup. Our company uses a truck and trailer so the weight of our equipment will not harm any driveway.
