How far in advance should I schedule my dumpster rental?

Most customers book 1–2 days in advance, but same-day service is available when orders are placed before our daily cutoff times. Early scheduling helps ensure availability during busy weeks.

What items are not allowed in the dumpster?

Prohibited materials include concrete, dirt, bricks, stumps, shingles, wet paint, tires, batteries, propane tanks, liquids, and anything flammable. Tires, wet paint, and batteries incur a $75 fee each if found inside the dumpster.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

No. As long as the placement area is clear, accessible, and meets the required space and height clearance, we can deliver and pick up the dumpster without you being present. Our online booking system gives you the option to give us where you would like for it to be set up.

What happens if my dumpster is filled above the top rail?

We must be able to secure the tarp flat across the top for transport. If debris is stacked above the rim, you may be asked to remove the excess or charged an overfill fee before we can safely haul it away.

How long is the standard rental period?

Each rental includes 7 days. Additional days are $15 per day, and there is no maximum rental length. Extended rentals for contractors or ongoing projects can be arranged upon request.
