Prepare the Delivery Area
Clear the driveway or placement area before the truck arrives. Move vehicles, trailers, basketball goals, low-hanging obstacles, and anything blocking the path to the drop location.
Review Loading Rules
Keep material below the rim, avoid prohibited items, and call before loading unusual or heavy debris. Review the accepted items, prohibited items, and rental terms if you have questions before pickup.
